Gweithdy gorbryder a straen

Dewch i edrych yn fanylach ar yr hyn achosi gorbryder a straen, a dod i'w deall nhw'n well. Mae straen yn sbarduno symptomau meddyliol a chorfforol. Efallai bydd unigolyn sydd dan straen yn teimlo'n fyr ei amynedd, yn grac neu wedi blino. Yn gorfforol, efallai bydd yn teimlo poen yn y cyhyrau ac yn cael trafferthion treulio ac anhawster cysgu.

Diffiniad gorbryder ar y llaw arall, yw profi pryderon parhaus, gormodol sydd ddim yn diflannu hyd yn oed yn absenoldeb straen. Byddwn ni'n defnyddio technegau i'n helpu ni i wella ein lefelau o orbryder a straen, mewn amgylchedd tawel a chyfeillgar.

 

Gweithdy iselder

Dewch i ddysgu am wahanol agweddau o iselder a deall sut mae'n effeithio arnon ni. Dysgwch am dechnegau anadlu dwfn, cwisiau ac astudiaeth achos. Bydd yr amgylchedd yn un cyfeillgar, hamddenol.

 

Gweithdy cwsg

Mae 7.5 miliwn o bobl yn y DU cysgu am 5 awr neu lai bob nos. Byddwn ni'n edrych ar yr hyn sydd wrth wraidd y mater wrth ddysgu sut i ymlacio a gwella ansawdd eich cwsg.

Dysgwch am y berthynas rhwng yr hyn rydych chi'n ei fwyta a sut rydych chi'n teimlo.

These sessions explore a range of mental health and wellbeing topics and will provide you with different strategies and tools to help you manage your feelings

Anxiety and Stress Workshop

Look at a deeper understanding of what causes Anxiety and Stress.  People under stress experience mental and physical symptoms, such as irritability, anger, fatigue, muscle pain, digestive troubles and difficulty sleeping.

Anxiety, on the other hand, is defined by persistent, excessive worries that do not go away even in the absence of stress.  We will use techniques to help us improve our anxiety and stress levels, in a friendly calm environment.

 

Depression Workshop

Explore different aspects of depression.  See how it affects us, learn some deep breathing techniques, quizzes, and a case study.  In a friendly relaxed environment.

 

Sleep Workshop

7.5 million people in the UK have 5 or less hours sleep.  We will look at the root cause and solutions, whilst learning how to relax and improve your quality of sleep.

 

Food and Mood Workshop

Explore the relationship between what you eat and how you feel.
